Your Food and Beverage menu is made up of a number of components, Sections are the major group that your items will be associated with for your selected Outlet, where you can set a time period that the items will be available.

Examples of this are Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner


Instructions to Create Sections

Step 1: Creating a New Section

  • Navigate to Content Management > Food and Beverage 
  • Select the outlet you wish to update
  • You can create a Section by clicking on the “Create New Section” button



  • You will be prompted to set the Internal and Display names for the Section, as well as the visibility. No other settings are available on the Food & Beverage page
  • Once both names have been entered, you will be able to click the “Create” button to finish creating the Section
  • To make further changes to the Section’s settings, you can do so in the Advanced Settings




Step 2: Editing an existing Section

  • You can edit an existing Section by selecting the Section, then clicking the “Edit Section” button



  • You will be able to change the Internal and Display names, and the Section’s visibility
  • Once you have made your desired changes, click the “Update” button to save them
  • To make further changes to the Section’s settings, you can do so in the Advanced Settings


Step 3: Removing a Section

  • You can remove a Section by clicking on the “Delete Section” button


  • You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the Section 


WARNING - this action cannot be undone!


Sections - Advanced Settings

For additional settings that do not appear in Food and Beverage for Sections, navigate to Content Management > Advanced Setting > Sections. The following settings are available

  • Assign Availability periods
  • Re-order Section positions
  • Change Icon
  • Add/edit Description
