To reset your password for the support portal account, select “forgot your password?” on the login screen.
Enter your email address and select 'Reset my password'. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your email. If you do not see the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Select the link in the email which will take you to a page to create a new password.
Follow the directions to create a new password and then you will be taken through to the portal and the password will have been updated.
