After completing the form to provide only Last name and Room number. The Order will not process, and you see the error
'The details provided do not match our records. Please check and try again.'
Displayed directly above the Place Order button.
How to fix this
This issue occurs when using Mobile Dining and the Verified guest has been enabled in Outlet settings.
This feature is not available with Mobile Dining(Taptastego.com) and outlets should disable this feature and use 'Non-Verified Guests' only.
